I don't see any gender bias here, Trump has a history of working with and promoting strong women. I think the issue was not whether she had a whip and a chair, but whether she was using it on him instead of on his behalf.

As an active Conservative woman, I would like to know what President Trump meant by saying he was appointing someone as Acting Homeland Security Head in Nielsen's place? Does he imply men are tougher than women? Admittedly we approach topics differently, but I have known many women who can hold a whip and a chair!
