I just heard an audio clip from Gillibrand this morning on Glenn Beck's show. She was asking questions of someone (subject was nuclear weapons). She referred to "tactile" nuclear weapons. (Obviously, the correct term was "tactical," as in "battlefield use" - usually fission weapons only. The other category is "strategic," like land-based ICBMs or submarine-launched SLBMs, carrying thermonuclear warheads, where the targets are cities.) She went on to complain about the term, because it implied that they could actually be used.
