Looking for Springtime in an Age of Outrage
A very encouraging message...so what are we complaining about?
For centuries, people have immigrated to this country in search of the “American Dream.” Think about it. What other nation has the word “dream” attached to its name? No outsider speaks of the “Chinese Dream,” the “Iranian Dream,” or even the “Swiss Dream,” but the entire globe knows the phrase “the American Dream.”
Yes, there are a lot of things American and the rest of the world, because of America should be grateful for.
But, in the beginning section of "Addicted to outrage" is not discussed, that there are those that would take her down, destroy her morals; but again...just look at the miracles we have created...for this is not to be outraged about.
I think, amongst the elite on the street, for the most part, left or right...we can still have a conversation.
Those that we can't have a conversation with, are not the majority nor are they the producers or creators of the values America is famous for.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.
I do look forward to Spring...culturally as well as physically...we have to,if we are to survive.
