Just watched for the second time. Yup! still got goosebumps. I see Alex is watching these comments, thanks for helping with my video. Can't wait to see how it's used. Suggestion: put something like " If you liked the movie and have not read the book, you will love the book. Get it" at the end of the movie

I can't wait. I was so disappointed when I heard AS2 was cancelled and the series ended, and to be watching this trailer today is exhilarating. There are few times in my life that I've felt so excited: From Christmas morning as a kid, to dating the impossible girl, to reading the acceptance letter from UCLA, to this release. This is a "bottoms up" moment.

Looks great! Sad to see a new Dag and other new faces, but I'm sure it will be another Masterpiece! I am so thrilled to see Ayn finally receiving her dues. I'm sorry she was an Atheist, but that does not take anything from her Prophesy. Glenn Beck got me into her about four years ago. With her background and experiences in her young life & country, she would know the signs! They hated her book and was very cruel, with the attitude of, "She's crazy, it can't happen here." Yeah right. We are living and facing all her warnings, on a daily basis. I am so thrilled with the Producers, Directors et all. in bringing her book to life, on the wide screen. I jave watched the first two four times and am about ready to start them again, in preparation for the new one. Bring it on!

Had there been money and interest, they could have done the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit" model, do the whole film in one take and then break it into 3 parts released year to year, but getting the funding for each movie has been a hard task. Someday I would like to see one done that way with the same cast from start to finish. OOh a you tube series???

Well, the trailer has me reconsidering not-watching the 3rd movie.... except for that skinny blonde gal who took Samantha Mathis' role.

No offense to her, but I felt for Mathis' Dagney. I cared about her, even more than about Taylor Shilling's Dagney. This gal is too thin and hard looking for my taste.

I know, I know, if she looked and acted like a female Arnold Schwarzenegger, most people here would be happiest. But I like my heroes vulnerable.

I said you guys would like her this way.

I've said it before, I'll say it again; I can't stand Superman. If you can stop a speeding locomotive, you ain't no hero. Lex Luthor, the human who pitted himself against the god-like Superman was the hero, even if his intentions were criminal.

I liked Dagney in the 2nd movie, as portrayed by Mathis, because here was this exceptional woman who was overwhelmed by the forces arrayed against her (including the invisible forces of her stalker). But she didn't quit, she kept struggling through. Even when she was fed up and decided not to play anymore, she came back and resumed the battle. And Mathis' face and body language expressed that very well, IMO.

As a Christian I believe that Atlas Shrugged answers the question will the world as we know it end. The Bible is very clear that a new heaven and earth will replace this one. AS shows us how.
