Here is what these socialist pigs will do. Steal money they stole from people for one purpose, and then take it for another. They have an unsustainable system that gives away money to people in a way that will not last, then they steal from other people to fund it. Looters and criminals.

I guess I'm missing the crime involved.

CITIZENS PAY TAXES to Maintain and Improve the Infrastructure' Enforce the Laws and Support the Military to PROTECT AND DEFEND this nation, as well as PROTECT OUR BORDERS.

Congress and, quite often, the Executive Branch have DIVERTED THOSE FUNDS to vote buying schemes, weaken the Nation for political reasons and their own person wealth and POWER OVER THE PEOPLE.

The governor of oregon was merely honing the skills needed for Federal Office.

While that may be standard operating procedure, I do believe that there are some detailed financial laws regarding use of funds for other things, like the demonrats are screaming about the wall, and Trump had to use the Emergency to legally justify. It's called "misappropriation", where funds collected for one purpose are stolen for another.

"Detailed financial laws" legislated, passed by both houses and signed into 'law' by Corrupt Politicians' for their own personal enrichment or POWER over the People.

NOT to Protect of Defend the Nation, or for the Maintenance and Improvement of the infrastructure which are the only Legitimate reasons for Taxation in the first place.

So, the "misappropriation"is being done to CORRECT A WRONG.

Yes, but commitiing another wrong in the process. BY that logic, the money never should have been taken in the first place correct? I'm ok with that, it is usually corrupt theft in either case, very little goes for what it should have and a lot goes for their own nefarious schemes, we neither approved or asked for.

Ahhh, but RETURNING the actions TO a Constitutionally Correct position is Never a "wrong".

The President is DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for the control of Americas Borders.

Neither the House, nor Senate has the power or authority to DENY HIS OBLIGATIONS to the Constitution and THE PEOPLE.
Refusing to fund the Border NEEDS of the Nation are an Act of Treason by FAILURE TO PERFORM their own Constitutional Obligations.

Ok, now that seems a logical argument. Now it comes down to what actions can the President take to ensure he DOES execute his obligations, as well as who will support him...

Most government employees treat their "oath of office" as a promise to each other, NOT to the Constitution.
The Constitution CREATED the government, The Military Already existed.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

President Trump can ask the Joint Chiefs of Staff to begin investigations into any and all possible acts of Treason against the Constitution.

It comes down to the whole "against all enemies, foreign and domestic;" phrase.

Actionable evidence would be grounds for arrest and removal from office pending Military Tribunals.

Agreed, and they think they can just do the old corrupt judge says no thing. Not happening. They did not pay attention to the Kavanaugh hearing and Lindsey Grahams pointed questioning regarding state of war, treason and tribunals. They do not take their oaths seriously, but I do think Trump takes his seriously and the military does.

100% Agreement on both President Trump and the vast majority of the Military.

A very large percentage of the upper brass has become Politicized and need to be investigated on their own as well.

Obama weeded out a lot of Generals and Admirals that did not adhere to his plans.

General Flynn was destined for destruction by the deep state years before President Trump decided to run for office.

This is "The Way." In the Soviet Union, it was "The Method." It was fear, slavery, and mass murder. Today's Democratic Socialists have the same goals, just a different method, and this is their moral justification. Its for the "common good," they've reformed themselves, they aren't into firing squads. Yet.

Just listen to Occasionally Uses Cortex, she is full of the anger, the angst the sneering arrogance that fills Hillary Beast, yet she is 10X worse.

When I have listened to her (been a while now) I noticed how she voiced every statement like a question. Notable... "We're all be gone in 12 yeeeears…(?)"

Yes, it is irritating to hear. The tech term is 'rising inflexion'.
It seems to be teens and female young adults who do it most. I do not see it as a political pointer but more as showing immaturity, trying to present a nonsense idea without the bluster that will come later.

All (mostly) millenials end their sentences with an uptilted vocal expression, as if it is a question.

Yes, dukem, it seems to be more prevalent in liberals and was especially noticeable during the Kavanaugh hearings.

I'm noticing more and more liberal "frog talkers", too. That is, they croak out their words. It's happening in my own family where certain liberal cousins used to speak in normal tones are now all uptilting sentences and frog talking.

Is it just me or have others noticed this as well?

I shake my head as I write this... Unfortunately, I suspect most of Multnomah County, Marion County, and Lane County (the pockets of Blue in this state) are saying "meh, I didn't pay anything, and anyway those mean old republicans are just attacking the nation's first bisexual governor."

    Texas, anyone?

She is desperate to cover unreasonable pension. I live in Oregon. I, personally, cannot wait for our governor to crash and burn.

The crash and burn should have occurred in her election last year. Unfortunately, the republican party in this state put up "liberal lite" to run against her, and that worked really well didn't it?

Please don't get me going on THAT mess. The Republicrats are all the same in Oregon, and useless. I would like to see a new Party called the Patriot Party, and go back to traditional Republican values with out the corruption.

I would support that if we changed the verbiage to "fiscally conservative values". Republican values today mean little when we have people lining up against the legally-proscribed ability for the President to declare a national emergency and reallocate funds accordingly. It is precisely because the Republican party during times of Congressional control has chosen to NOT act on addressing the emergency known as illegal immigration that we are in this mess. I'd better stop - I'm getting more and more pi$$ed as I write...

You make a good point, and yes, any argument I have heard so far against his NE, has been fallacious in the least, and outright lies at the most. Todays vote just confirmed who are patriots and who are not....

I wish. But look at Kalifornia, no one has explained to me how the demonrats have a super-majority in a state where 75% of the land is occupied by no demonrat voters. That same 75% wanted to secede, so how can they have so many of the vile creatures in Sacramento, unless they have rigged the elections?

All of these authoritarian actions at the state levels make it clear we can't let these imperious fools gain control at the national level. Many of the new socialist breed have already made it clear they want to tax 401Ks and IRAs, going so far as to make some or all of the investments in those private pensions treasury bonds.

The socialists masquerading as liberals know that they can't pay for all of the "free" stuff they promise without stealing as much wealth as they can from the productive members of American society. Even more concerning is the fact they've adopted a delusional fiscal theory, called Modern Monetary Theory that claims the amount of indebtedness of a nation with fiat money is irrelevant, since it can just print as much money as it needs. Somehow that fantasy brings images of greenbacks quickly becoming toilet paper in value.

Right on Doc! True. The money end is still coming, but Q is saying Gold will kill the Fed, and there is a lot of other discussions saying that we will see the end of the Fed Reserve notes and back to Gold and Silver backed.

The one thing leftist politicians in Oregon refuse to do is require state workers to make ANY contribution to their own pensions. When PERS (public employee retirement system), was set up, the idiot savants assumed an investment return of 8%, then the market tanked.

All crime in whatever form is ultimately theft. Socialism is THE "...ism" of theft. Once one adopts socialism, all other crimes are acceptable.

In case it is nor known to some people, here is a historical reminder of the ways and means communist "leaders" lead:

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/life...

Living in poverty and denying any manifestation of comfort and pleasure was for the masses, an order that was brutally enforced by the state.

Those on the top lived the life of the elite.

Look at NY, Kalifornia and Oregon and Wa, they are all sliding into a 3rd world nation status as they divert taxpayer money from what it was stolen for, to what they want to use it for. A voter voting demoncrat is now voting for a socialist, whether they say they are one or not. This has been the plan all along. Trump upset it and is a threat to it, so they are more in the open than ever, instead of just crazy stuff, they have moved to the insane, such as abortion at birth (murder) and free things for all illegal and special groups immigrants, all to disrupt and destroy any group identity. They want us separated and weak. That was the lesson from Atlas Shrugged.

Exactly. She makes Occasionally uses Cortex really look like an amateure, as she pulls these stunts continually, and gets away with it. She violated state law and took 115,000 from an Indian tribe 4 weeks before election, suddenly switched her position on "no new casinos" and the state "magically" allowed one, funny it was the same tribe that paid her. Any investigation, indictment? No, of course not, she just said, there was no conflict ofg interest....just like "there is no campaign finance issue"...sound familiar?
