When I heard Clyburn say that Jewish families of Holocaust victims and Japanese Americans who experienced detainment during WW II needed to "check their privilege" before criticizing Omar, all I could think was whether he would be willing to tell the blacks who demand reparations for slavery if they need to "check their privilege" too. Double standard, hypocrisy?

Once someone is a victim, even if it is fraudulent, then they believe they have a claim against anyone who can be blamed for their abuse. If you can get the majority to go along with it, which is easily enough accomplished, then you have an army ready to move and use violence against anyone or any property to get compensation. The minority (and it is a very small one) that understands liberty and objectivist philosophy will always lose against those odds.

Congress critters protect their own regardless of the crime. I don't ever expect to see congress prosecute anyone unless the party investigated threatens the unconstitutional power of congress critters. Both parties are guilty.

She came to this country in 1995 when she was 14. Attended high school in VA where she was a community organizer (sounds familiar).

She complained about being bullied in high school for wearing the towel on her head (aka hijab). That is probably what the black rep is talking about her personal pain.

Of course it is the same as Jewish fate during the Nazis, according to the black rep.

I am bringing this up because her bio indicates she grew up in Mogadishu where children are indoctrinated in kindergarten to hate and kill Jews.

The doctrine spewed by her stinks to high heaven by that influence, the "death to Israel", "death to America" mantra.
