I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch... Hopefully the ideas I find bantered around are as compatible with my dreams of the ideas. I hope reality comes close to my dreams. I reside in Southern Utah and hopefully I can contribute something to the Gulch!

    Welcome George! When the Gulch got started it was focused on the Atlas Shrugged (AS) movies and everything Ayn Rand. As you can see a great deal of branching out into other areas has taken place, but very often Rand thoughts and AS quotes and themes are injected into many conversations to illustrate points.

    When I fly over the West, it looks so big. I look down and imagine a hidden settlement, somewhere in the mountains.

    There should be a disclaimer that the opinions expressed here, including mine, are not necessarily consistent with Ayn Rand's philosophy.
