'This is a watershed moment': It all starts to fall apart now.

Most of us have seen the evidence and are aware of what happened in court but that is not what this post is about. It's about the beginning of the end for the left.

"On Wednesday's show, Glenn Beck took a closer look into the bizarre circumstances surrounding the sudden dismissal of all 16 charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett and explained why he believes this latest controversy will be the catalyst to stall the social justice movement."

""This is a watershed moment for the social justice movement and the country," Glenn said. "Now, it could have been Kavanaugh, Covington, the Mueller report — but history will show it was Smollett that brought it all down." "

The left is increasingly arrogant and their position is untenable. They are beginning to eat their own.
They have gone too far and now it all begins to crumble.

I dont remember ANY lynchings being done in my lifetime. Killing people is usually just done by stabbing them or shooting them. Lynching is gross and inefficient.

That bill was one of the silliest things...lynching is already against the law...except, maybe for Treason?

I never said I saw her, just that I remember the name...it was a big thing at one time. (ps...we didn't have online porn on an interweb back then)

I think one of the things which was pointed out was the city/environment where all this happened: good old Chicago: the original seat of political corruption.

I read his analysis and it sounds very logical to me. It would take a big expensive investigation to prove it one way or the other, but I never understood just WHY this Smollett dude staged this hoax. I mean how could he have thought HE would get something good from it. I think Molyneux hit it right on the head about helping Kamala Harris and her anti lynching bill

the real question is why did Smollett even put on this hoax in the first place. What did he have to gain from it, I say it had something to do with promoting Kamala Harris's anti-lynching bill which was coming up for a vote in February. Now that the bill passed, they want Smollett to just go away, and then made that happen.

I heard an interesting scenario explaining why they dropped the charges. Interesting set of coincidences:
    1) Smollett apparently has ties with Kamala Harris and Michelle Obama.
    2) Harris and Booker were sponsoring an "anti lynching" bill.
3)Smollett did his little deed in mid January which brought the lynching issue to the forefront.
    4) In February, the Kamala anti lynching bill passed
    5) Now in March there is no more need for Smollett's publicity since the bill already passed.
    6) The leftists are afraid people will realize that a giant ploy was played out in order to help pass Harris's bill.
    7) So the leftists want the Smollett legal issue to disappear, which is exactly what happened, even to the point of expunging it from his record and SEALING the whole case.

I hope that you are correct but I expect that this will fall by the wayside quickly.

I wonder if the FISA court judges were successfully fooled or were they just cooperating. Generally, I will continue to "trust" the judges. BUT.........

There is no satisfying the perpetual whiners is there. Their parents never paid any attention to them. Now they whine and complain until we acknowledge and tell 'em to shut the hell up.

“I’ll bury you.” I remember a similar statement from an old Soviet Union comrade named Kruschev. (I like to think that he was banging his shoe on the table at the same time, but that was several years later.). Nonethless, Reagan ended up burying the whole stinking lot!

Parasites eat each other as the host becomes inedible, or dies.

PeeYoo is not as recognizable PencilNeck.
Think if I saw A Little Schiff with a pencil neck, I'd ASAP be making an appointment for a colonoscopy before I saw blood in my stool. .

How could Bullwinkle go wrong with Vice President Rocky the Flying Squirrel as his sidekick?
Of course, they may be accused of colluding with Fearless Leader due to so many episodes of tangling with Boris and Natasha.
New thought for a new character. Bullwinkle and Rocky would be accused of collusion by A Little Schiff.
When A Little Schiff is around any other cartoon characters, they have to hold their noses and say "Peeyoo!"

    Correct.

Brennan was probably enamored by the words used by the esteemed communist and saved ii in his memory for use when the opportunity came.

    So this was his opportunity.

But as with Khrushchev, fate decided otherwise.

Brennan's grave is ready to accept him with his inflated ego.,

Didn't Khrushchev say, "We'll bury you," too? Just the opposite happened. May the same thing happen to Brennan.

Me once a lib dino was ripe for a full conversion when an insipid President Jimmy Carter, who I voted for but not for his reelection, gave me all the push I needed.
Yes, Ronald Reagan was a very attractive choice, but at that point I would have voted for Bullwinkle instead of Mr. Malaise.
