The key point is paragraph #10: No plan for DOD spending IS the plan. Winging it, going with whatever "feels good". At the cost of our National Security. Hoax and Chains.

I agree that a crazy across the board thing isn't wise. #1. personnel and bases. 2. big projects that some generals want that make no sense 3. reorganizing the structure of the military so it's not stuck in the 50's and 60s, geared up to square off against Russia or a War of the Worlds.| Permalink
