OK why would you build a great company (seriously the produce and deli are to die for) only to attract large crowds of liberals? That was how our Whole Foods was. They are great at community outreach. I used to sit on the board of our local foodbank just to make sure they did things right, and I got Whole Foods to close down their store one night so I could put on this event to bring in some big money. They not only did that for me, they offered all this stuff up for a silent auction. I made a lot of money that night for the food bank. I did use children. Our city had this awesome childrens' chorale. nothing like little kids singing about good things in life to make society types open their wallet.

Yes, well when Organic/Natural is in the offing, get ready for the Birkenstock crowd to come. Sorry if some of you wear them! They were like that back in Virginia. I really like how they stack the produce though. it's pretty
