I'm not certain the latest rights grab by the Dims will be enacted. It faces a very uncertain future in the Senate and a certain veto by President Trump. It is interesting to note that many news reporters seem to think if it passes the house it is law. they tend to forget that the senate must pass it and then both the house and senate again if it goes to conference committee. If that happens then the President must sign it. This is a far from certain path of any bill, much less the Constitutional Rights grab that it is.

  A certain veto? Regardless of what Trump has shown thus far he is still a NY moderate. While he is opportunistic and pro business, both good for the nation, he is still a NY moderate and cannot be predicted.
  
  Has the Presidency changed him? Bump stocks. Executive orders. Subsidizing. Planned Parenthood funding.

Enlightening...the NRA has been no help and the march toward ignoring the constitution and states rights marches on, to be built on and eventually achieve their goal.
