Colo. Secretary of State Pushes Transparency, Withholds Emails on NPV

The interesting aspect of this article (my opinion) is the concept of NPV. I suppose I have not been paying attention to this movement, but it is a bit frightening that an end-around to our Constitution could result in the Electoral College being rendered irrelevant.

What are your thoughts on the viability of NPV, and if it does, in fact, take hold nationwide how would the Supreme Court view it?

    I don't think NPV is going away. The 1913 Constitutional Amendment that denied state legislatures the authority to elect Senators paved the way for this. It's viable as a political movement, it would be an utter disaster for personal liberty.
