This country needs to wake up to the collusion between Soros and the demonicrats .
Soros backed this DA’s candidacy. Ask yourself why?
ST. LOUIS — On paper, you might think it's a slam dunk case.

On January 1, two St. Louis Police officers got more than 1,000 highly addictive opiate pills and more than $30,000 in cash off the street.

It was the result of a drug investigation and surveillance that began the week before at a gas station in the 5000 block of S. Grand.

I took a trip to the ER at a local hospital (big time hospital) and I think the health care providers were actually insulted when I refused to take their numerous offers of pain pills. Okay so I have a 6 mm kidney stone! It's inert at this time. And if it starts moving, I will buy a six pack of Coors Light! I am from Texas you all!

Government's job is to protect private property, not to confiscate it. Some people live in pain. Pain killers should be available to them. It's each individual's responsibility to use them properly.

The police need to stop all surveillance and enforcement within this D.A.'s jurisdiction. When enough innocent people suffer, they will eventually demand prosecution of the guilty. And check this out, from 34:20 to about 39:00

It would be interesting to see evidence of what you suggest. If that is the case the officers should be fired as their past behavior nullifies what the DA takes as evidence from them.

It would help to know the reason for officers being on the exclusion list. Had they been careless about investigations in the past that resulted in failed cases? District attorneys like to win in the courtroom, and don't take well the embarrassment of losing because of incomplete investigations or failure to Mirandize a suspect, e.g. That, rather than corrupt practices, may be what's behind the refusal to file. Sometimes you can be your own worst enemy.

Good. There shouldnt be an illegal drug war. This is NOT the province of a government. Victimless crimes, like simple possession, are NOT real crimes.

The concept of prescription fraud presupposes that government has the right to require adults to obtain permission from other adults (private parties to whom government has granted licenses) in order to obtain certain substances designated as "controlled" by a government agency.

As I understand it, violation of prescription drug laws would not necessarily fall under Ayn Rand’s definition of a “crime”, which she defines as “a violation of the right(s) of other men by force (or fraud).” Other activities involving drugs may constitute crimes by Objectivist standards, but here we’re talking specifically about whether government has the right to require a “prescription” issued by another private party in order for an adult to obtain an otherwise legal substance.

I'm not referring to a crime in the current legal sense (the government can make anything a crime, as Atlas Shrugged demonstrated), but a crime in the light of Objectivist standards, which involves initiation of force or fraud.

Harris, the latest "presidential candidate" harks back to a DA background like this.

Now we understand how it works. She has no qualms of touting her version of the "truth".

Yes, that is the most troubling aspect.

It was done in the open and it's happening more and more frequently. In the past corruption like this was at least covered up and attempt was made to do it invisibly.

Now it is all done in the open. There is not even an attempt to explain it, not that "explanations" of this nature are credible.

Prescription Fraud as described in the law.
Misrepresenting yourself to a doctor or pharmacist, doctor shopping, or being dishonest when obtaining controlled substances from a doctor or pharmacist are examples of prescription fraud. Physicians who prescribe drugs without a legitimate purpose may be accused of prescription fraud as well.

Controlled substances are drugs listed by the states or on the federal list of five drug classifications. These include opiates, depressants, and stimulants. Some of the drugs most commonly sought are morphine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Valium, and Darvocet.

Either way, the prescription drug addict industrial complex still wins and we Still pay.

That is the way I see it. The drug addict companies and the drug traffickers are one in the same and not representative of Conscious Human Nature.
They Both seek to profit from our misery.

I'm talking specifically about violating the drug laws. The cost to us is a consequence of these laws being on the books.
