Do you really think that she will not use her "Progressive Prosecutorial " dirty tricks in congress. (I think we already did in the Kavanaugh hearings.)...She could take the left's looniness to the next level and make it sound like law...

Is this the kind of person people want to represent them?
She's worse than a used car salesman or even a parasitical trial lawyer.

Who among us can really say they implicitly trust a Prosecutor...even if you weren't the defendant.

Remember Dumb And Dumber? A flick called Worse And Worser could be made about Jackass Party presidential candidates.
Some of these clowns even win.
Consider Slick Willie and the one I'm supposed to be tagged a racist for identifying him as an Obamanation.

The Democrat presidential wannabe slate is already getting crowded. Besides Warren, there's Julian Castro and Tulsi Gabbard already announced, with Bloomberg and Steyn (the two billionaires) admitting "considering" a run. "Beto" O'Rourke, who outspent Ted Cruz ten times over and still lost the senate race, is being encouraged to enter as a new "Kennedy-esque" figure. Kirsten Gillibrand hasn't announced, but has visited Iowa and New Hampshire. Eric Garcetti, Los Angeles mayor, has admitted he's considering a run. Of course Cory Booker has been itching to run for a long time, and Harris is expected to run. Bernie Sanders hasn't indicated, but he might run. So far I've only scratched the surface of the 30 or more possible candidates, but only Sherrod Brown, the Ohio senator, is anything close to moderate, with all others indicating they'll be running full socialist, to the left of Sanders.

The best thing about this field is that they all (with the possible exception of former USAF Major Gabbard) have lots of personal baggage, and all adhere to the Hillary Clinton (who may herself run again) school of personal annihilation of opponents. When the bloodletting is over, the victor of the Democrat primaries will be so heaped with juicy fecal matter that they will be an easy target for Trump in the general election. His only problem may be in choosing an appropriate nickname for his opponent.

This is what happens when law degrees are awarded to idiots that ultimately get tangled up with the obscure language of the law.
They are the ultimate conspiracy prevaricators that give Honest theorist of conspiratory evidence a bad name.

These Creatures are surely at the low end of the IQ scale and have no conscience.

Interesting, but is this any surprise? My first thought is - GREAT! Let the Dems run the worst they can find - hoping that all the dirty news would eventually come out and make them unelectable.

And then I woke up and realized there is NO level below which a Dummycrat won't slink....and if they can drag in enough illegals in the right places, she could win.

Implicitly trust a Prosecutor? Probably not, unless his name was Trey Gowdy...then I'd have to at least listen to him! Please no one tell me that he's not as good as he seems? I wonder what he is doing now, in his freedom from his Representative duties. Makes me almost want to move to South Carolina. *Wiki says he's going to pursue a legal career. Good on him!

Me dino thinks we already know what a "progressive prosecutor" is all about.
We've seen how Witch Finder General Mueller and his inquisition ilk underhandedly operates.
Or just ask General Michael Flynn. .

    Of course she does.

In the vein of H Clinton who was fired for unethical behavior from her law firm then continued her streak on a larger scale as Sec of State, still going free.

It is a given that these characters are criminals and that they go free.

Can't wait to see the fight between Warren and Harris for the nomination. Unless of course Biden steps into the cesspool.

In another 2015 case, Baca v. Adams, Harris' office opposed a post-conviction appeal by a defendant who was sentenced after the prosecutor in his case lied to the jury about whether an informant received compensation for his testimony. A state court found the prosecutor's testimony was "sheer fantasy," but declined to overturn the conviction.

In Baca, Harris' office only withdrew its opposition after an embarrassing (and filmed) hearing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where a panel of three Ninth Circuit judges pointedly asked why such prosecutors weren't being charged with perjury and threatened to release an opinion naming names if Harris' office continued in its folly.

What is scary, is that The 9th circuit court "Didn't" put the prosecutor's in jail.
