From the article~
WCPO reports that the family has hired L. Lin Wood, whom disgraced former journalist Dan Rather described as the "attorney for the damned" and who is known for "aggressive libel and slander suits against media organizations."
A newspaper reporter for 7 years during the Seventies, me dino learned in Troy State's journalism school that libel is written defamation and slander is spoken definition. I also learned not to do it. So, duh, I didn't.
And me dino would like to add, "Hey, Fake News! Reach for your wallets! They are about to be picked clean! You stupid pathetic fools! Bwahahaha!"

Guards in regular towers had it easy. Me dino was often placed in the at times tricky tricky tricky back gate tower where I operated an inner gate and an outer gate with a sally port in between.
Delivery trucks had to be searched going in and especially going out. I controlled another set of gates for a walkway where escorted inmates coming and going in and out of the prison were searched beneath my tower by other officers..
I could tell many a story of my experiences working on that blasted backstage tower.
During my 21-year career I fired a total of three warning shots (2 from the back gate tower and 1 from another) and have to framed commendations hanging in my home for stopping two escape attempts that totaled 3 inmates because 2 tired it together.

Poco hasn't done it yet, but it will be retroactive, with additional penalties for not paying when it wasn't yet owed -- like states did with retroactive increases for the estate tax. Poco's property wealth confiscation tax isn't an income tax at all, but since it isn't constitutional, it will have to be collected with the 1040 income tax returns to pretend that it is. Rogers will say it's ok because it's a tax. You can look all this up now on Lasser's Your Income Tax 2022, Advance Crystal Ball Edition, or simply go by the guideline of the historical record.

Just be sure there are no loop-backs -- especially if they are straight.

Dino surely no dummy, but unlike in the Rearden trial, clear and logical use of concepts is no defense against the tax bureaucracy. Poco's property wealth tax applies to everything. Figure of speech is a kind of everything. Therefore wealth of information in Dino thread taxed and Dino not off the hook the way Rearden was.

Young guns rarely comprehend the 2 + 2 of A is A. That's because they have what Rush Limbaugh long ago described as "heads full of mush."
Such was my own college graduate and drafted into the Marine Corps over a war I disagreed with mental state before the Jimmy Carter I voted for began to show me dino the error of my lib ways, that prompting me to vote Reagan to get that goofball out of everybody's hair.

Perhaps not best to publicly admit the ownership -- Dino will be paying Poco's property tax on the wealth of information here.

But you mutter it under your breath every time you use it. Young guns wondering why they have no identity hear and understand these things.

Whose the 'downvote' clown who thinks it would have been a good lesson for teenagers to have been thrown out of school for rejecting the left's obsession with the irrationalism of "ethnicity"?

For all the value to you of the inspiration, it remains a gross injustice to an innocent gun to name it after an assault weapon like Cackles. For shame!

As a general matter of the meaning of the subjective versus how to attain knowledge, including conceptualizing human rights, the process of knowledge is not arbitrary dogma based on feelings.

Knowledge is not infallible; it requires a method to remain in accordance with reality. The means of knowing is reason, based on the five senses perceiving reality and operating in accordance with logic. Faith in feelings is the opposite, attempting to bypass that with a shortcut to automatic knowledge.

The conflicting dogmas of different religions ascribing different versions of entitlements to the unborn are all subjective. They all seek automatic knowledge through faith without regard for the means, denying that consciousness has a specific nature requiring specific means for knowledge.

Unlike an ordinary subjectivist, the mystic subjectively proclaims revealed knowledge of the intrinsic to insist on the primacy of his own consciousness over that of others. Subjectively proclaiming to have knowledge of the intrinsic in the name of an absolute claimed to be not subjective does not make it any less subjective.

The clashing faiths, each proclaimed by its proponents to be absolute, with no means of adjudicating between their contradictions, leads to the infamous religious wars. Abandoning reason does make it a waste of time to argue between competing dogmas based on faith. But those with some respect for reason can try to understand what is at stake, not just over the abortion controversy but much more.

The case of anti-abortion and anti-contraception laws based on competing faiths is another example of faith and force, denying to different degrees a woman the right to her own body. A Protestant (or anyone else) proclaiming a feeling of mystical entitlement of a fetus to be born, to be enforced by criminal law, while deigning to allow contraception at an earlier stage does not get him off the hook from the Catholics, who have equally arbitrary views about clusters of cells demanded to be protected against contraception. They even argue over which methods of contraception are to be allowed by the different dogmas of competing faiths.

All of it is gross violation of rights of real, living people for the sake of subjective, mystic belief in an alleged absolute, whether or not posturing as not subjective.

I studied young Nicholas' face while this farce was being played out. I spent a good deal of my life reading faces. He looked entirely happy and pleasant to me! Why did the crazies think he was being rude? Oh, yeah, because they are!

I named that killing machine after Cackles Clinton only because she inspired me to have it constructed.
Due to it being a 9mm weapon, I can shoot it on the pistol range along with my pistols and 357 revolver without having to move over to the rifle range at my favorite indoor range, Hoover Tactical, located in the City of Hoover on the opposite side of Birmingham from where I live.

You named your gun "The Evil Hag"? Why would you name an innocent gun after an assault weapon?

It doesn't stop a person's heart. Contraception ends "human" life, too -- genetically human living cells -- but not a person's. Good thing you Dino not a Catholic! At issue is the meaning and source of human, i.e. a person's, rights. It's not subjective.

Well, you already know I'm a Christian and a dictionary definition mystic. I don't give a flip about someone calling me the so-called dreaded m-word.
A Christian brother (the same mother kind) introduced me to Ayn Rand by giving me an Atlas Shrugged DVD three Christmases in a row until I had while thing.
Ayn Rand being an atheist doesn't bother either of us and I think a lot of her philosophy.
    Just not 100% of it.
I've learned a lot in The Gulch.
By the way, I have used contraception and abortion stops a human heart.
