This is Time magazine, did the article give a specific example of how he contradicted Trump? And if they did, can we trust it? And you ask if he should be fired for being well informed and telling the truth about something that is not in dispute among anyone?

  the video clip actually showed Mattis making the comment about having evidence of the Russians "mucking around" during the recent midterms which Trump has denied. This brings up another question: If Trump as CinC were to give an order that Mattis considered unconstitutional, where would the loyalty of the troops lie?
