H Clinton will run again

The article is on the WSJ by these two characters: Mr. Penn was a pollster and senior adviser to Bill and Hillary Clinton from 1995-2008. Mr. Stein is a former Democratic Manhattan borough president and president of the New York City Council.

They are Clinton acolytes. In case you can't open the link, they are saying things like this:

"Mrs. Clinton has a 75% approval rating among Democrats, an unfinished mission to be the first female president, and a personal grievance against Mr. Trump, whose supporters pilloried her with chants of “Lock her up!” This must be avenged."

Avenged? Is that a reason for running?

Yes, Hillary running in 2020 is the gift that keeps on giving. 75% approval rating...I don't think so. If it's that high why do the Dems just want her to go away. Her health is another factor, she can hardly stand up now.

Thank goodness she is not represented as the first Woman President. I love women and it would be terrific if Ivanka Trump became the first woman President.
She is tough as nails/ business owner/ 8 yrs experience in the Whitehouse(expected)/ a Nationalist(America first) /for the everyday Joe/
Trustworthy/ will take over an experienced team/ trained in by the greatest President ever/Self dignity and pride/perfect role model for young ladies/ it can’t hurt that she is easy to look at ;)

Democrats would be very stupid to run her again. She is really crooked, and the voters have to acknowledge that after all that has transpired. She is really OLD school politician.

In addition, she makes a big splash and then at the last minute gets kicked to the curb by an unknown- TWICE. First time she got dumped by Obama, and the second time she got dumped by Trump.

The MSM might want her to run, as they would get a lot of advertising money, but the dem donors might think twice about a third run.

Dems will run ORourke or Cortez- NEW SOCIALIST BLOOD

Well, I hate to be a wet blanket, but I wouldn't be so sure. If that crazy Cortez or whatever her name is got elected, I wonder what we are dealing with. I just checked my Passport to be sure it's valid! I am selling the house. My school board just passed a $450,000,000 school bond issue by telling the voters "It won't increase your taxes"! Anything is possible.

Did you notice, she threw her hat back into the ring the day after all the voting shenanigans started?
I think last week's election was a dry run for 2020, and if something isn't done to stop all the fraud, the Republicans can forget about ever running for office again.

I hate to say this, but Hillary has a very powerful machine that will raise buckets of money, and she'll crush the newbies like Harris and Booker. If, as advertised, she returns to her socialist roots and outBernies Bernie, there's no place for anyone to run to the left. I would not be surprised to see her get the nomination.

She will likely raise high money but money alone is not a guarantee for being elected.

She had plenty of money when she ran before but she wilted against Obama then Trump.

Jeb Bush blew a $100 million and he was not even close to reaching the WH.

She has a potent list of connections that can swing things for her, and remember she bought the nomination last time. If the DNC is as strapped as it was last time, she can do it again.

What's her competition? Biden is a gaffe machine that never knows when to shut up, and likes to paw little girls entirely too much. She shuts out Bernie by being even further to the left than him. Harris and Booker are pathetic. Garcetti runs Los Angeles, which is the poorest, dirtiest city west of the Mississippi. Holden is entirely unlikable and arrogant with a chip on his shoulder. O'Rourke (the "new Kennedy") is completely inexperienced Oprah is not as willing as Trump to lose the billionaire lifestyle even temporarily. Michelle Obama is still smarting from the criticism she took as first lady. Bloomberg could outspend her, but is as unliked west of New York City as George Soros. The rest are no-name wannabes who couldn't raise the cash.

          We don't know yet.

Obama sprang out of nowhere and was able to arrest the Clinton machine.

          I don't like fear mongering

Nothing to fear from Hillary. She's a joke, but does seem to have the DNC by the cojones. Obama was a well-preened, strategically planned dark horse. He was well financed from the start. The idea that he magically sprang from out of nowhere is fiction.

I have no illusions that Obama was selected, well financed and placed.

My post reflected the fact that the prime candidate of the left in 2008 was H Clinton just like in 2016. Not Obama.

During the early debates between the two in 2008, H Clinton demanded to "check" on Obama's statements. This played out before the eyes of the country and the animosity between the two hit the highest levels. Bill stepped in as well. Of course the left has forgotten that. Very early on, in fact. When it was unearthed that Harry Reid made the comment that ":Obama did not have the N accent" therefore was an acceptable "black man" (can't remember his exact words) Obama dismissed it by "I know what is in his heart."

              Despicable lying bunch.

Saudi Arabia financed Obama’s Harvard Education thru a project called HUMA.
              Valerie Jarrett is his handler.
His grandparents were communists and fired during WW11 for sabotaging the production line at a military eguipment manufacturer in wichita Kansas . He was indoctrinated by Frank Marshall Davis. His mother Stanley Ann Dunham attended the little red school house on Mercer Island Wa.

I am very tired of her. She should retire now. A good woman knows her limitations. What does that say for her?

She is floating a trial balloon. But in the past, she was kicked to the side at the last minute by Obama and then Trump. Theres a message there. The same thing would happen to her again, I suspect, by ORourke or Cortez.

Yes, it was a trial balloon.

It appeared in the WSJ by two of her lackeys. Many commentators said "I hope Clinton and her promoters are reading this."

The response to the "balloon" was not pretty.

I think in the end, she likes the fact that supporters are excited that she might run, but I think she will find some way to NOT actually go through the agaony of defeat one MORE time.

Me think Mickey's partner Minnie (aka Michelle) is
testing the waters for a run using her new book as
a reason to be out and about. Hope and pray I am
            wrong!

Have to do more than "hope and pray".

Why people use this expression all the time is beyond me. When there is a tragedy with people dead, the standard solace is "sending you our prayers and thoughts". When there is a difficult situation facing the country, people "hope and pray".

What effect is expected from that "effort"?

USA is going to go collectivist, prob fascist actually. Nothing that we the living can do about it. Might as well just spend our time making life good for us. Trump gave us 4 years. After that it’s going to be a pure socialust
