Ahh yes, a time of honest innocence spoken from the heart.
Bet ya, if you played that through your tube amps, you'd hear the "Tinkle" in your tubs...laughing

They definitely sound more realistic than through headphones. Most headphones today are designed to keep you from hearing the music as performed. Our tube preamp is about ready for market, OUC. I should have good photos inside and out later this week.
      Merry Christmas !

PM your brand when you're ready and if your product would sound good with my Nord Stage 3 88. Perhaps I will put a pair (I like the stereo effects) on my future wish list. You also say preamp, so what do you use down stream? Oh, the Nord outputs are unbalanced and currently I'm successfully NOT using a DI box in case you need to know that.

It's a stereo tube preamp designed for audiophile home hifi music reproduction use. It has been tested to work 20-20,000Hz +- 2.5dB so it could suit for performing. Pricing will likely be about $600-$700. It has a very sturdy case and pcb uses double board thickness and double thickness copper traces. It's made in USA and we have tested it with numerous vintage Carver solid state amps (200w/ch up), modern Emotiva multi-channel amps, several modern and vintage tube amps. When I have a web site set up I will post a topic here in the Gulch with details.
