Justice Ginsberg Missing Oral Arguments for the First Time
YAY! This is a Good sign for the revival of the supreme court, abet enduring another Kavanaugh circus.
But...Q brings up some interesting points: see attached photo.
Didn't know that Ginsberg was such a cultural marxist in the post modern movement.

No mention of her '92 lobotomy that is required before selection and confirmation of all socialist/statist jurists.
(BTW, the comment above is fiction, "merely corroborative detail, intended to give artistic verisimilitude to an otherwise bald and unconvincing narrative.")
Ginsberg should have retired years ago. I won't be surprised if they keep her on the court after she stops unassisted breathing until a Democrat is POTUS.

Me dino vaguely recalls this happening before with a different conservative president in the past.
The lib appointment did not happen.
Then again.,I could be wrong about the idiotic request.
Think I'll stand by my prediction, though.
They will not be happy.
I would like to see her have more appellate decisions, but nominating a woman would be good theater too!

[RBG]
Why was she 'selected'?
Who appointed her?
Remember [her] history.
Ref: 230-page book called Sex Bias in the U.S. Code, published in 1977 by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Highlights:
>Called for the sex-integration of prisons and reformatories so that conditions of imprisonment, security and housing could be equal. She explained, “If the grand design of such institutions is to prepare inmates for return to the community as persons equipped to benefit from and contribute to civil society, then perpetuation of single-sex institutions should be rejected.” (Page 101)
>Called for the sex-integration of Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts because they “perpetuate stereotyped sex roles.” (Page 145)
>Insisted on sex-integrating “college fraternity and sorority chapters” and replacing them with “college social societies.” (Page 169)
>Cast constitutional doubt on the legality of “Mother’s Day and Father’s Day as separate holidays.” (Page 146)
>Called for reducing the age of consent for sexual acts to people who are “less than 12 years old.” (Page 102)
>Asserted that laws against “bigamists, persons cohabiting with more than one woman, and women cohabiting with a bigamist” are unconstitutional. (Page 195)
>Objected to laws against prostitution because “prostitution, as a consensual act between adults, is arguably within the zone of privacy protected by recent constitutional decisions.” (Page 97)
>Ginsburg wrote that the Mann Act (which punishes those who engage in interstate sex traffic of women and girls) is “offensive.” Such acts should be considered “within the zone of privacy.” (Page 98)
>Demanded that we “firmly reject draft or combat exemption for women,” stating “women must be subject to the draft if men are.” But, she added, “the need for affirmative action and for transition measures is particularly strong in the uniformed services.” (Page 218)
>An indefatigable censor, Ginsburg listed hundreds of “sexist” words that must be eliminated from all statutes. Among words she found offensive were: man, woman, manmade, mankind, husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, serviceman, longshoreman, postmaster, watchman, seamanship, and “to man” (a vessel). (Pages 15-16)
>Wanted he, she, him, her, his, and hers to be dropped down the memory hole. They must be replaced by he/she, her/him, and hers/his, and federal statutes must use the bad grammar of “plural constructions to avoid third person singular pronouns.” (Page 52-53)
>Condemned the Supreme Court’s ruling in Harris v. McRae and claimed that taxpayer-funded abortions should be a constitutional right.

The clock is ticking.
PANIC IN DC.
Q
How the heck did you do that? Did you print it first?
I copy and paste.
But when I loaded the image above and then clicked on it, I was able to enlarge it ( in MS8.1) and it was readable.
PS, I added new video content to the Nova posts and watched all the Gen. 6 conspiracy private post. The guy goes Deep into the weeds credibly...not fully convinced on all of it but he did have the same info that I have gotten from the Global Watch group I get content from.
You would think that anyone educated in law and especially in what words a phrases mean, that she would know that these words, by historical definition only refers to one being HUMAN!
She has said that she plans to work on SCOTUS for 5 more years.
If she does retire, it certainly will be interesting.
As I wrote, if we think that the Kavanaugh confirmation was a crap storm, “we ain’t seen nuthin yet”.
The Demonrats will view the upcoming fight as existential. A 5 to 3 vote in the Scotus (sometimes plus Roberts) will stop legislation from the bench…..which the Demonrats count on to implement their agenda.
As you may have guessed, I am not a Ruth Bader Ginsberg advocate.
I think she is in early stages of senility……..maybe even early stages of dementia……. and therefore is very dangerous as a result.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg was nominated by the President Sexual Predator, Bill “Put Some Ice On It” Clinton, in 1993. She was close…but got no cigar.
She has been on the SCOTUS for 25 years.
She is 85 years old….85 freaking years old…..and is making decisions on constitutionality that affects us all.
If ever, there was a need to term limit Supreme Court Justices, Bader-Ginsberg would be the “poster child” for such limits.
She is a Harvard grad and got her JD from the ultra-liberal Columbia University.
She is pro-abortion, pro-gender (women’s) rights, advocates using foreign law and norms to shape U.S. law in judicial opinions, and pro-green.
She is the first Supreme Court Justice to officiate at a homosexual marriage.
Her commentary typically parrots Democrat agenda and talking points.
She consistently votes Democrat partisan and liberal in SCOTUS decisions.
She is perhaps the most liberal of the liberal 4….Sotomayor, Kagan, Breyer, and Ginsberg.
When asked about Egypt’s drafting of a new constitution, she is on-record stating that they shouldn’t pattern their constitution after the U.S. Constitution because although the U.S. Constitution was written by very wise men, no women were able to participate directly in the process and….. slavery still existed in the U.S. She stated that Egypt should use the Constitution of South Africa as a model.
During interviews in 2016, she strongly criticized GOP nominee, Donald Trump, telling the NYT and AP that she didn’t want to think of a Trump presidency. She said she would consider moving to New Zealand if it happened…….but later walked back her comments as “ill advised”. (Too bad as I would have paid her one-way airfare.) It is probably safe to conclude that she is a Trump-hating lunatic..
Her health is suspect…..colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and heart disease (coronary artery stent).
She dozes off at a Obama SOU and the Pope’s address to Congress.
Actually, I’ll give her a pass on this as an Obama SOU would put me to sleep also.
It is long past the time for her to move out to pasture.
This woman needs to be put out to pasture. She is no longer capable of fulfilling her responsibility as an Associate Justice of SCOTUS. In fact, she hasn’t been sharp for several years.
It is time for her to retire…..and give us another conservative associate justice in the SCOTUS….particularly because, given his recent opinion on public funding of Planned Parenthood, Kavanaugh appears to not be what we thought he was during his confirmation hearings.
That is a typical occurrence in nominations.
Roberts is not the conservative, either, that was expected.
In fact, talking about Ginsberg: I remember when she was asked about her standing on abortion during her nomination hearings and she refused to answer.
I think if what we are counting on happens, e.g. Ginsburg gone and another conservative confirmed, the chemistry of the SCOTUS will shift. It will not be the "all conservative" establishment as we were expecting.
It has been some time after that his death was announced.
“Time of death, eight verdicts ago.”
Yes, it'll be an earthshaking event when she finally goes.
The left made a symbol of her. A destructive, mean symbol.
I knew she was on the extreme left but never imagined she promoted all these outlandish "ideas" in Q's post.
Some of it must have been known before she was appointed? How did the Senate missed it?

"Justice Ginsburg has a history of other cancers, “The justice had colon cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009.” Odds favor that her lung nodules represent metastases from her other cancers rather than a third new cancer originating in her lungs."
With metastases, chances for survival are low.
