We got what we needed.
Thank you, Patriots!
Senate means everything.
Think Judges (SC) & Cabinet.
DECLAS overrides all potential House blockades.
POTUS has ultimate authority.
Shift to Senate Judiciary (oversight) from House to now occur (stronger position and held in reserve for this scenario).
Lower chamber (House) used as 2-year starter.
Upper chamber (Senate) will be used next 2-year closer.

Military planned.
No impact re: ongoing investigations
Team is stronger [PRO].

Tom Steyers spigot of $$$$$$ from the EPA has been shut off. He was being enriched for his
econazi activism with our tax dollars.
They use any method to steal from US.
How about planned parenthood funded by $1.5 billion of our money they then were donating over $60,000,000 in these mid terms.

As I understand it, the election gave a couple more seats to the democrats in the senate, which might make it go easier so we dont have to be beholden to one or two pain in the ass senators. If it will sail thru the senate, that circus hearing isnt required. Just need the votes and thats that

Kavanaugh barely squeaked thru. The Senate has direct oversight over the FBI and The DOJ. More power than the house.

They dont come here to be americans' bit rather to change america into another muslim country. I note they even wear their religious head-dress, so I assume they will rule according to their bible.

Did you not know that Muslims were a protected species in the US and in Europe as well?

I am unable to find a rational reason for it, other than a death wish. In Europe the justification for it is a guilt that keeps the elite repenting endlessly. They are repenting for their sins of colonization, WW2 and persecuting the Jews, each country has its own favor.

The problem is they take the whole country with them since they are in the position of power and have absolutely no consideration for the citizens in them.

So the more miserable their condition become due to the ruthless excesses of the Muslims, the happier they are, in true Masochist fashion.

    Correct.

The two Muslim women now in the House as Dem reps were greeted with fanfare from the left, as if they were the second coming.

Thinking of it, yes, they are second coming. I am always astonished and appalled by the shortsighted drive of the left, who see only the votes in them. Take the examples of countries like Germany, England and France where their numbers have swollen considerably to establish their own parties and interest groups. Does the left expect that once they reach that point they'll want to go hand in hand with them? They are forgetting that when Muslims disagree with you they have only one solution: to severe your body from your head.

I have not seen any "objective evidence" presented by you.

All I have see is half baked "truths" and a mishmash of "feelings".

Well, I voted the straight Republican ticket in Va. And none of the candidates I voted for ,Senate or Representative, won. But there were two measures
(referendum) about tax exemptions and I voted yes for each, and they both passed. So I supposed it wasn't a total loss. What does "DECLAS" stand for?

Voting for that senatorial candidate was no thrill for me, I just want to stop the Socialistic trend in Congress. That was a sort of "hold-your-nose" vote.

If President Trump has a chance to appoint a third Supreme Court Justice, the political hit job the left did on Justice Kavanaugh will look like a walk in the park.

My conclusion is based upon objective evidence.
If additional pertinent objective evidence appears next week, that evidence will be included in my analysis and my conclusion could change.

I say within a year, RBG is going to bite the dust. She has had more medical problems than carter has liver pills. Cancer twice, heart issues, and weak bones. One day we will just get the news- with little warning, and certainly not a resignation

I am not so sure we even want card carrying muslims IN the USA, let alone in positions of power. Their ideology is the opposite of the traditional American values. The whole idea of killing infidels is just NOT what americans want.

Eh ehm... Looks like someone needs a refresher as to what is, and what is not, acceptable conduct in the Gulch. Please refer to the Gulch Code of Conduct (no ad hominem) and please refrain from any further personal attacks on other Gulch members. Attack the argument, not the man.

"With firm control of the senate no impeachment"

Impeachment is done exclusively by the House. The Senate then votes on whether to remove an impeached president from office. Whether enough "moderate" Republicans would vote with Democrats depends on what Trump does and the winds of politics at the time.

Democrat control of the House is likely to be brief. If, as promised, they declare war on Trump, they will be sabotaging the moderates they managed to get elected (all of whom promised not to play the "resistance" game nor seek the impeachment of Trump). I know for sure that the supposed moderate Democrat who took my representative seat better not support such nonsense, or she's out in 2020.

Ginsberg fell and broke three ribs, and she may find that recovery at 85 is difficult. That makes it likely she will have to retire before 2020, and another Trump SCOTUS appointment. That will send the Democrats into a frenzy of impeachment, which will make them completely impotent. I just don't see anything but bitter disappointment for voters who were foolish enough to vote for Democrats who lied to them.
