    Why is this racism? They could be white and still treated the same if they were caught scamming the restaurant. What does race have to do with it? This is about stealing.

      These followers of identity politics are in a constant quest to target people who might be racist. It is not because the manager is racist. It is because she could be racist. It reminds me of a mob tying up loose ends. Not because some people that knew too much did talk, but because they could talk.

      What most people don't know is that most franchise managers work long hard hours in hopes that the store profitability nets them a bonus check - usually paid out annually. But margins in food service are very low - typically under 5% in restaurants. To have to cover the costs of meals for these five hoodlums likely wipes out a large portion of profits for a day - affecting the manager's income. These thugs are stealing from her as much as they are stealing from Chipotle.

    The manager never should have been fired in the first place until Mueller finished his investigation of it. Never can tell... Ali might not be telling the truth, similar to Christine Ford. We are to believe the accuser because of identity politics?

    It would be racism if he had capitulated and enabled them to steal again. Which is apparently just what black protesters want to see happen.

    This is why discrimination laws need to go away. The real victims aren't the people using them.

    Hopefully, the chain will solve this problem nationwide by requiring all customers to pay in advance.

    Prices are going to go up in order to placate entitled black people who game the system. Its not worth risking the blowback from actually confronting one of that entitled minority. I am so DONE with entitled black people that they are pretty much invisible to me since Obama wrecked their culture.

      Obama enabled them. Under his administration that manager would be in federal trouble. As it stands, she's going to get to fix the problem, and make it stick.

      There has never been any valid separate "black culture" in the US. Only criminal behavior. And acceptance of it is going back out of style, I hope forever.

        Obama is a racist Muslim if he was honest about it. He was against white men on a racial basis, if one looks at his actions. Dinesh d’souza is right- Obama quietly wanted to diminish the USA in many ways- including dividing the populace. He was an arrogant, petulant brat in my opinion

          You are too kind to him.

          He was criminal if we look at all his covert actions to diminish the Constitution and undermine our society's laws. He studded the courts with his "people" whose abuse we are still suffering. Not even mentioning his IRS scandal, financial shenanigans, bribing the Iranians just to mention a few of his "legacy".
