Anything like this shows up outside my house and they get notified of two things: that the police are on their way and that they have five minutes to leave before my sidearm comes out hot. I'm also taking pictures of every single one of them and reporting them to the police. No, you do not have a "right" to protest in my subdivision - even on the sidewalks and especially not on my front lawn.

    The time is approximate to the level of threat, of course, but mostly its because I want the police to come haul them all off to jail and it takes about that long for them to get to my house from one of the central offices.

    You can't talk about "civilized justice" in this country any more. We are at the mercy of activist judges (the latest one just stopped the Keystone XL project - again) installed by Obama doing the most damage they are able.         Thanks. Me dino had to annually NRA qualify with a rifle, shotgun and a pistol between 1982 and 2003 for being employed by the Alabama Department of Corrections.
        I had to NRA qualify with a pistol for a couple of semiretired jobs up until 2013 when I became fully retired.
        Which means I need to go back to my favorite indoor range because I haven't fired a shot for a couple of years.

        My husband, was told he didn't have to qualify with his "off duty gun", just his service weapon. He looked at the officials like they had lost their minds! If he carried it, he made sure of his aim from time to time.

The Deep State is fascist, and the Antifa are their SA thugs. Violence is necessary to strike fear in the hearts of citizens, convincing them that disarming law abiding people and silencing their voices is the only way to make it stop.

You won't see the Antifa try anything in "flyover country," as law enforcement would slap all of them in jail immediately. Urban centers with liberal leadership is the feeding ground for these vermin, and the same media that feverishly records their vandalism will later call them "disappointed citizens with valid complaints."

Folks who talk about the coming civil war can't seem to recognize that it's already started. We just haven't decided when the time is right to start firing back.

  We keep reading about "revolution". What kind of revolution is that? To make sure terror will be part of our daily life as announced by leaders in Europe, saying "get used to it"?
  
  I don't want to get used to these thugs. I don't want to change my life and accommodate millions of illegal aliens storming the country. I don't want them to tell me how to behave and what to do with my life.

    Don't be too sure of that. A large scale tragedy wouldn't check party, and would slaughter indifferently. I would guess that many in the 9/11 massacre were very liberal in their thinking, but the grim reaper didn't care.
    
    Should the left decide that it's time for there to be "blood in the streets," I think they would find there are many who are tired of their insanity, and will choose to bring a halt to it. The rebellion will not be a communist style uprising, but the resolution of law enforcement that decide to disobey their left wing mayors and governors, and come down hard on those who choose violence. If things get out of hand, the president can always declare martial law in states that appear to be falling apart (Oregon comes to mind).

        Assuming the government works as intended, a declaration of martial law has to be justified by a state being in serious violation of federal law, and either uncontrolled or or under the control of the state's governor. If the president made such a declaration without proper justification, the military would be obligated to refuse the order. Remember, the military swear to support the Constitution, not the president or any other element of government, and under the UCMJ are obligated to disobey any order they feel is unconstitutional.

        As a former military officer, I can tell you we were repeatedly advised on what made an order unconstitutional, reminding us that following orders is not an excuse. When National Guard troops in New Orleans after Katrina were told they had to confiscate everyone's arms, ostensibly to prevent gunfights over looting, the Guard members correctly stated that was a violation of the 2nd amendment, and refused to follow the order. It doesn't happen as much as it should, but there are enough who don't want to be the subject of a Nuremberg style trial for human rights abuses that it does establish a "red line" the military is reluctant to cross.

I just looked up about Antifa in My state of Az and found this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wc_lF..., it appears that there is a heavily armed group of young Communist thugs walking down the main thorofare in Phoenix last March. I don't think they would stand a chance in a real firefight. There are many Patriots here that would love to take them down. I think Antifa has gone too far, there will violence by them. Then I hope they will be crushed.
