    BRUTALLY beating his wife? I read the horrendous details.
    Nine months in prison? Me dino would have given him AT LEAST nine years without parole.
    Guess laws on the books would not have allowed me to give him 90 years.
    Just to be picky, a sentence of a year and a day is supposed to send you to a state prison
    instead of a county jail in Alabama, though overcrowding has caused backups.
