The last day of PBS "Great American Read" voting for favorite fiction is Thursday Oct 18 11:59PM PT.

There are four methods of voting. http://www.pbs.org/the-great-american...

1. Toll free telephone number for Atlas Shrugged 1-855-443-6513

2. Social Media: text hashtag #VOTEAtlas to 97979

3. Social Media: Posting an original post to Facebook or Facebook comment or Twitter with hashtag #VOTEAtlas

4. Online by email address or facebook login http://www.pbs.org/the-great-american...

For multiple people using the same connection, clear cookies before voting.

Voting can be every day for each method:

one oneline
one per phone number call
one per text
one per twitter
one per facebook

      It only takes a few seconds to use at least one of the voting methods, even if all you do is hit "redial" on your phone.

I looked on the PBS web site for The Great American Read. It had a sneak peek for the top ten books. Unfortunately, Atlas Shrugged is not in the top ten. It was in the top forty a week ago. I voted today as I have been doing since the contest began. You have the rest of today and tomorrow to vote....PLEASE DO IT.

  According to the host, Atlas Shrugged moved up 23 places in the last couple days of voting.

    Yes, it did. Atlas Shrugged finished at number 20.
    Although, I wanted it to be number one, the novel really did finish well. We in The Gulch who voted daily can be very proud. It is my hope that A.S. got some much needed attention.

Been voting 3-5 times per day (3 different email addresses + phone + SMS) since Galt's Gulch mentioned it many weeks ago.
