Yes, dam government sorely needs to commit vast resources to teach dam bears to go potty in a civilized manner.
Step one is to send government collection agents to scour abandoned houses for toilets.
After all, toddler toilets can only be used by trained to go potty baby bears. Start the babies young, me dino says.
Butt the hard part is breaking in the big bears to instinctively pass their knowledge on to junior.
Revenue must also be invested to install toilets to septic tanks for the deep woods. After all, what does a bear do in any woods?
Oh, yeah, last but not least, extensive piping will be required to provide water after bears are trained to work the flush handles.
Maxine Waters would be the perfect lawmaker to approach with this urgent problem.
