    Here is a future "let's get the government involved" deepfake video from a 1987 movie I first saw as a Blockbuster VHS rental~

    Of course, the bad guys who use phony videos for propaganda purposes get theirs at the end.

    Pretty crazy. It's hard enough to agree on the "facts" of history already. Not loving the "let's get the government involved" angle, though.
