What is amazing is that the stupid girl ever admitted to anything. I guarantee Bazy-Ford will never do that....even if something as certain as video evidence was somehow produced proving her a liar. Unfortunately young men in these situations have to prove their innocence.

There are several problems with this statement. To start with, "surviivors" is bait. Fortunately VERY few rape victims are killed, so calling them "survivors" is overkill.

Secondly, it involves circular logic. Just because somebody claims to have been raped does not make hem a rape victim The only way to make this statement make ANY sense is the interpretation that ALL claimants are telling the truth, which is obviously not the case.

This cultural phonomenon change really means that women are pricing themselves out of the market, so to speak. Not worth it to risk ones future just for some quick sex. Its coming down to a video deposition is needed before sex where the woman agrees she wants it. Kind of a turn off to be sure.

In the future dates may need to be recorded,
“First I need your consent to record this conversation?”
        “Uh, Yes.”
“Ok, What gender do you identify as?”
        “What! Can’t you tell!”
“I need to ask these questions so I can reduce my liability just in case.”
“Well, I’m a girl. A horny girl. (Wink.)”
“No, I need to know your gender. Which gender do you identify as?”
“I identify as a impatient female!”
“Got that. Just one more question. Do you consent t...”
“Not anymore! I’ve completely lost my moment! I am leaving!”

Exactly !! Who one want sex with is more than likely to be an emotional reaction on the spur of the moment.

Another way to fix this problem is to give the woman 7 days to log a sexual harrassment claim. After that, there cannot be a claim. At least then, a man knows if his life will be destroyed, it will happen within 7 days instead of 36 years !!

It means anyone accused of any crime should have a presumption of innocence and a fair trail should a proper investigation warrant one.
But, nyah, the hell with that! It's way more fun to scream accusations and to lynch people. Just ask the Democrat Party about its KKK bygone days.
Seems them yahoos ain't learned a thing. Back in the early 60s down here in Bama, me dino knew some Democrat voters who were in the Klan.

Democrats were the ones wanting slavery and the KKK. Its part of history that the MSM wants to hide.

George Wallace was a Democrat, though I recall him running as an independent one whole time.

Wasnt Byrd the senator in the KKK also? A good book is by Dinesh D'Souza showing how it was the dems who were in favor of slavery, and the repubs against it.

I never knew that slavery was promoted by the dems. I understand a lot more about the formation of the country and how slavery wasnt completely eliminated from the get go. There was opposition to the elimination of slavery and the founding fathers just couldnt get the votes together if they attacked slavery right awat- because a lot of the people were dependent on slavery for their livelihood, plus what would have happened if the thousands of slaves were suddenly freed with no education or resources or skills- mayhem.

Interesting how the dems make us all think that its the repubs who are against blacks now, when it really was the dems.

The consequences for blatant lies regarding sexual assault needs to be severe. Not only are the falsely accused potentially ruined , but the REAL victims of violence are compromised. The sheep that cried wolf comes to mind. There are wolves so to speak and they also deserve harsh punishment.
    Here is another story .
Gonzalez said two Black men wearing masks jumped into the back seat of her car and forced her to drive while holding a gun to her head. She claimed that the men forced her to stop the car and made her get into the back seat where she was sexually assaulted and beaten until she was unconscious. She alleged that the men also robbed her of $9,000. She reportedly cried while telling her story to authorities at a hospital, according to The Fresno Bee.

The crime initially shocked nearby residents as police began to search for the suspects. However, detectives noticed that Gonzalez’s story changed several times during two hours after they questioned her. She finally confessed to lying about the crime to avoid paying a debt.

Gonzalez is the owner of M & C Gonzalez Trucking and reportedly owed two subcontractors $9,000 that she did not have.

Black men being falsely accused of sexual violence is a historical issue that continues to negatively impact lives today. For example, Nikki Yovino recently received a lenient jail sentence after lying about being raped by two Black men at a college in Fairfield, Connecticut. Yovino claimed that she lied about being raped by the Black students because she wanted to date another student. She thought that her potential boyfriend would not like her if he found out that she had sex with two Black students. The Black students were expelled from school, and one student lost his scholarship.

In both cases, lies could have led to disastrous consequences.

Yes that was a media piranha blood bath and legal nightmare..

RememberTawahahahna Brawley 30 years ago, very shameful and it was a big opportunity for the creep Al Sharkfin . You better see that fin coming.
His loud mouthpiece has extorted untold sums from corporations .the payoff was so the racehate farmer would not grow a false crop of bigoted charges and the media BACKLASH (you know like a whipped slaves back would get from the lashes applied by a Democratic plantation owner) associated with just the accusation.
This brainwashing has a long history.
Think Jimmy Snyder. The sacrificial lamb.
Fast forward to the dozen women the Dems brought to claim Sexual abuse from Trump only to be easily shot down but not before the brainwashing message was conveyed.
Many great people would not survive these false
Charges. It is a serious strath weapon that a body guard can’t defend you against.

        Back to Jimmy.
January 16, 1988, Snyder was fired by the CBS network (where he had been a regular on NFL Today since 1976) after making several questionable comments about African Americans during a lunchtime interview on January 15, 1988 with Ed Hotaling, an African American producer-reporter for NBC-owned WRC-TV, at Duke Zeibert's Washington, D.C. restaurant. Hotaling said that he had been doing interviews with various people in the restaurant for a program celebrating the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. and what they thought the next step in civil rights progress for African Americans should be. He put the question to Snyder. "It was all on the occasion of Martin Luther King's birthday," Hotaling said. "So I thought it was an appropriate, forward-looking question, and got a backward-looking answer."

One of Snyder's more controversial responses to the question was that African Americans were naturally-superior athletes at least in part because they had been bred to produce stronger offspring during slavery:[1][2]

“ The black is a better athlete to begin with, because he's been bred to be that way. Because of his high thighs and big thighs that goes up into his back. And they can jump higher and run faster because of their bigger thighs. And he's bred to be the better athlete because this goes back all the way to the Civil War, when, during the slave trading, the big, the owner, the slave owner would, would, would, would breed his big black to his big woman so that he could have uh, uh big, uh big, uh big black kid, see. That's where it all started![3] ”
According to the New York Times obituary, Snyder expressed regret for his comments: "What a foolish thing to say." His CBS coworkers publicly stated that they did not agree with Snyder's theories and that they did not oppose CBS's decision to fire him. Black former NFL player Irv Cross said in the 30 for 30 documentary about Snyder that he had worked alongside Snyder for a long time and did not consider him to be a racist at all. In the same documentary, Frank Deford sympathetically noted that Jimmy often tried to sound more educated than he actually was and that his comments were basically him trying to make a point about a subject on which he knew nothing.[citation needed]

In the same WRC-TV interview, Snyder, whose remarks were termed "reprehensible" by CBS, also commented that the only sports realm in which whites then dominated was coaching and that if blacks were to "take coaching, as I think everyone wants them to, there is not going to be anything left for the white people." Snyder, during his remarks, emphasized he was not meaning to be "derogatory" but said the only thing then that "whites control are the coaching jobs--the black talent is beautiful, it's great, it's out there. The only thing left for the whites is a couple of coaching jobs."[2][4]

In 1991, Snyder sued the CBS network for age discrimination, defamation, and breach of contract.[5] Snyder maintained that his firing aggravated his personal health problems, according to court papers.[5] Snyder's attorney, Jeffery L. Liddle, stated that by "firing and repudiating Mr. Snyder, CBS quashed his dream, his dignity, and his spirit."[5] Snyder lost the case.

The left is claiming that "the word of the woman is sufficient" when claiming sexual assault.

No proof let alone investigation are warranted.

Not only women are NOT infallible, some of them are downright evil. It is a well known fact, don't make them saints now in the name of politics and PC.

As all movements, the women's rights pushed this issue to the stratosphere, with predictable results.

Decades ago when the woman's movement first raised its ugly head, the same stages were exposed, such as now. It'll blow over again, although it'll claim many victims in the process. Kavanaugh almost became one but thanks to the levelheaded moves of GOP Senators and Grassley, the move was defeated. But not everyone has that protection.
