And to think that Sessions defended him tooth and nail. The "Insurance policy"?

    Schumer’s Warning
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer quickly warned Trump against seizing on the report as a reason to dismiss Rosenstein.
“This story must not be used as a pretext for the corrupt purpose of firing Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein in order install an official who will allow the president to interfere with the Special Counsel’s investigation,” Schumer said in a statement. He added that many “White House and cabinet officials have been reported to say critical things of the president without being fired.”

      Not the Deputy AG.

The AG and in his absence (since the beginning) his deputy carries the law, at least on paper.

Rosenstein ruled on many controversial and damaging acts against the president.

That is why he has to go, Schumer.

The fact that Schumer is whining is a clear indication that Rosenstein is guilty as sin.

Both him and Sessions must go.

Is Rosenstein being roasted by the same type of ill-humored spin that constantly roasts Trump?

I think that once the tiger is let out of the cage, no one knows where it will go. The liberals opened the cage door to destroy people with leaks and such, and not it hits their own people also

Mueller should be under investigation for taking uranium samples and meeting Russians who examined them, for the final deal. He had not business investigating anyone, and Rosenstein knew it. Sessions is like a fish flopping in shallow water, worthless. Worse than worthtless, he banters about his power, yet lets everyone else fun the show. He is in over his pay grade.

Sessions is out for HIMSELF only. He was a mistake as AG. If he were left as a Senator, he would have voted to get rid of Obamacare, so Trump made a big mistake with him. No wonder Trump is upset.

DJT has been warned by numerous Dimms and Rs to not fire RR. Trump's response, "Hold my tea and watch this". RR is on his way to the WH as I type this and fully expecting to be fired.

A discussion in regards to the story and the other Q posts, but there is some discussion that it is a feint to get Trump to dump RR, and then be accused of trying to taint the "Russia Investigation". I am not sure this is going to pan out, or if it is really going to be a big deal. I think they have a LOT more things to hang RR with, beyond this.

Sure. He installed Mueller for one.

This is only an indication of what we suspected for a long time. It is evidence.

Yes, he did. Part of my confusion is that he is a Trump appointee, so was he put in that position in order to be allowed to do the stuff he would do to out the fact he is deep state? I do not see Trump putting people in places that are biased against him and his program....

          Rosenstein is a Trump appointee?

As I know it, it was Sessions who charged him with the Mueller appointment, after Rosenstein recommended to the president to fire Comey.

It was Sessions whom Trump appointed. The president said lately, that Sessions came to him before the election as one of his first supporters. He wanted to be AG. It seems natural that the president granted his request, Sessions looked good on paper. Then the first thing he did was to recuse himself from the Russian investigation, something Trump said would have disqualified him had he been aware of it beforehand.

Sessions apparently thought that he can pick and chose what jobs he will and what jobs he will not do. It does not work that way in any top position. The times we live in are extremely politicized and played out at the gutter level. Trump could not have known Sessions would walk down this path.

He recused himself because he was associated with his campaign as one of his first public supporters. That is the way the law reads, not supposed to investigate something, the campaign, that you have a declared public bias towards.

He didn't recuse himself because of any association with Russia.

Then he should not have been appointed AG.

                Perhaps.
But I don't think you should blame Sessions.
I don't like the guy. Particularly his stand on marijuana. I would fire him for policy reasons.

However, he was proper in recusing himself based on the law, as I understand it.

The issue is this: Sessions knew all too well he'd recuse, considering what you said.

He should have informed Trump before he appointed him. It is a sneaky way of getting the position. It still looks like he wanted a sine curate as an AG.

Ah, how do you know he didn't, and how do you know that was not intentional? Q has said that Session can "unrecuse" if the SCOTUS top 2 judges agree. We will have to see...

If he did and Trump is aware, they are doing a very credible pantomime, with the president being unhappy with Sessions.

The fact is that the president is unlikely a willing participant, with Mueller and the antics of the left. It stretches the imagination to accept that it is all a plan and in the end Sessions and Trump will hug and make up.

                        From q Post 2210 of 19 Sept:

But… POTUS is attacking SESSIONS via TWITTER so therefore he is not working on behalf of the people’s interest (or POTUS’) [D’s/LEFT LOVE/TRUST SESSIONS!]
But… interestingly, if nothing is being done behind the scenes, why are so many FBI & DOJ senior officials being FIRED and/or REMOVED from their respective positions of power? Who is AG? Who must sign off on each removal? DOJ in charge of FBI?
But… interestingly, if nothing is being done behind the scenes, why are there 50,000+ sealed indictments across the US [what % = USA v. X?]? Coincidence vs. HUBER start?
But… interestingly, if nothing is being done behind the scenes, why are many ‘powerful’ CEOs, members of Congress/ Senate, resigning? Coincidence? Example: Pre_POTUS did the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE indicate wanting to leave politics?
But… interestingly, if nothing is being done behind the scenes, why are human trafficking arrests SURGING?
                        Nothing to See Here.
                        Q

If you go to https://qmap.pub/ it is easy to scroll through all Q posts and see what is said. There is a logic and a show involved, intended to distract and divert Liberal/Cabal attention from the efforts to throw the scum out, and pump the swamp down. You must have faith there are good people fighting back.

                          All I have is faith.

The fact remains that swamp creatures are still running the show causing terrible damage. Wray is in place, Rosenstein and Sessions are in place. Mueller is in place.

                          Should I continue?

It is a miracle the president can function at all.

Right now, yes, but Wray and Sessions are in place for the good guys, Rosenstein and Mueller are the blackhats. They will go soon. Just hope we can get enough Republicans and Independents to prevent the Democrats taking control, although there is enough dirt out there to take a bunch out after the election and force special elections, they do not realize just how vulnerable they are.
