You forgot divided by sex. That was the key division sought in the Kavanaugh hearing, and it appears to have backfired, with many women angry that the Democrats made things worse for sex abuse victims by using Ford as a weapon. There were mothers, sisters, and wives who were angry at the attempt to declare that a man is guilty simply because he's been accused, with no presumption of innocence.

There was one of Hillary's slogans that I think really showed where the libs were at: STRONGER TOGETHER. That is the mantra of a gang that derives it strength not from reasoned arguments, but from brute strength. If you think you have joined the opposing team by joining Trump you are mistaken. On the campaign trail he promised to completely repeal and replace (which means at best it will be simply rebranded and sold to you again) Obamacare. Then an interview with 60 minutes he said he was going to keep the mandated acceptance of pre-existing conditions and allowing young people who stayed with their parents to stay on their plans. He also stated again that his intention was to repeal and replace it, at best it will still be socialized medicine, he clearly stated he has no intent of allowing a free market health care system. In another interview he promised 'universal healthcare' which will, as he claims, save so much money on the other side.
When asked after he was elected president (still not sworn in) if he would prosecute the Clintons he said no he wasn't going to bother them, they were nice people. Before he was sworn in he was already announcing he had no intention of keeping his promises. Yet those who want to believe that something can be done because someone who made promises they want to hear is in the White House are still promoting the idea that Donald Trump will, or at least is trying to, make a difference and steer the country away from socialism. He has no such intention and makes it clear in his statements.

I have said this many times in my rants. The Left wants us divided. Could an objectivist oppose "think for yourself" or " do your own research" .Do you think "trust yourself" is something the fictional character John Galt might have done in the classic Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand? Do you suppose "not blindly trusting what you are told" is good advice. Someone's ego calls it garbage. I can't trust that.
