This fits perfectly my theory on the invasion. Notice how government officials, ala Merkel, allow the mayhem in their countries? It always makes me think of how Hitler bribed/encouraged the officials in France before the invasion. He just rolled in. Recently, we had a bunch of men from the middle-east congregate in a coordinated attack on little girls at a water park. The local police wouldn't release the perps' mugshots...in a very unusual change in policy. This story bolsters my point that those who invade a country are probably willing to threaten and/or bribe those who we count on to protect us. Come on...charges dropped on this technicality? Good lord...
