“The data is the latest to suggest that measures introduced by the embattled president, Nicolas Maduro, is failing to achieve its aims.”

Still not real socialism?

I'm against the US gov't interfering, and I'm against being a bystander to the crime. It's a really sad situation. I hope religious orgs are leading by example. I'm not a believer in gods, but I admire how religious people roll up their sleeves and work on problems. I shudder to think of what it would be like to live in Venezuela. A Venezuelan colleague in electronics told me ten years Venezuela was in grave peril. I thought he was overstating it. He was absolutely right.

The IMF expects hyperinflation to reach 10 million percent in 2019.
You know if the government just tweeked the taxes a bit more. May be privatize all the people’s homes and shacks except the public servants who already are dedicated to careing for the underprivileged .Tax the food and then tax the exit of said meal . Sarcasm. These leaders are the real deplorables.
