"Ladies and gentlemen [...] Mr. Thompson will not speak to you tonight. His time is up. I have taken it over. You were to hear a report on the world crisis. That is what you are going to hear."
Who are the Mr. Thompsons of the world, and who are the John Galts? Were such a voice to interrupt our current leaders, what would it say?
My own project is to memorize and recite the Galt Speech for my own esthetic pleasure and moral benefit (i.e., to the purpose of fully inducing the principles of Objectivism).
I'm up to GS-106 (of 296).
