In a word, "absolutely not." For more you may read the one-star reviews on Amazon with which I agree.

If you want the one book that will give you the principles by which to judge this and any other misrepresentation of Ayn Rand or any part of her philosophic system, I would highly recommend "The Passion of Ayn Rand's Critics" by James S. Valliant (& Ayn Rand: the second half is her diary).
