Just checking in. I'm not much for social media, so I don't know how often I'll be checking back.
I read Atlas Shrugged the first time in 1968 or '69, IIRC. My anger at Reardon's family's behavior was instant and deep. I did not think that society could possibly develop to the point that it subsequently has. Subsidy has become entitlement. Feelings are openly vaunted as primary concerns. Off topic, but perhaps related: we then were afraid of 1984; since then we have built it -- not just the government, but we, individually and collectively, have built the surveillance infrastructure. (Social media, anyone?)

Hi RV, Thanks for holding the fort down while I have been finding my way here, Glad you made it too! Don't forget to watch the final day of filming (for us Producers Only), Friday 2/14. It has been a hoot.
Learned a lot about the movie making business. Chat with other producers as they are filming live.
Hope to see you there or here in the Gulch.
    Bill

Yes. Readon's family is my second most loathed villain, right behind that shrew at the motor plant who self-righteously doled out benefits to neediest and most sycophantic employees.
