From a recent and live video chat from Stefan Molyneux of Freedomain Radio.
At 10 minutes and he starts talking about Atlas Shrugged. He even reads the section describing some of the train car passengers, while the Comet races down the tracks to meet it’s destiny.
At 38 minutes he talks about some criticisms he has of Objectivism. His main criticism here is, man’s life as the standard of value Is not enough to maintain an objective moral system.

Yeah, I was listening to this just this weekend. It was nice to hear him read that passage. I'd like to read AS again soon...

"man’s life as the standard of value Is not enough to maintain an objective moral system."

Makes a BIG difference whether we are referring to the standard of a Hu-Man's or a Human-oid's Life...the rub being that a humanoid (non-conscious entity) has no objective moral system to live by,.. only temptation and raw survival.

Yep. The more objective the moral system, the more civil that society becomes. Where as the more subjective moral systems devolve into mobs following some “greater good” ideology, fighting for power and predation.

It would be great if Stefan Molyneux actually debated an Objectivist. With 1000’s of videos he has done, I can’t find one.
