The Astronomical Price of America's Undeclared Wars
I am among the first to admit that sometime force, even preemptive force, is necessary. Even so, the refusal of congress to do its job related to declaring war is unconscionable and has cancerous and long reaching effects.

We have the most moronic president I could imagine in my wildest dreams, but if we had some of the best I could reasonably imagine, President Obama or "President" Hillary Clinton, we would drop the exact same bombs. This is unacceptable.
The article says $5.6 billion, and I think the author knows that the real astronomical part is the loss of all semblance of the Founders dream of very limited gov't with citizens keeping weapons ready for the unlikely event of invasion.
