According to my Dino Dictionary, a parasitical Obamantionist blames his own failures on other people and takes credit for good things other people do.
For example, Obama used to say "It's all Bush's fault." Now that he is out of office and the economy is improving, Obama credits his past crappy policies for all the good stuff Trump is doing now.
