Yet, in strict State Sci Sec fashion, he was obviously hammered by the powers to be, and the world wide power grubbers, who do not care if you have a warning of a potential huge earthquake or not, because (maybe) they see them as good money makers, and stimulators of the economy. After all, have an earthquake, kill a few people and you get a lot of economic activity, and if you control that activity, and maybe skim some off it, well.....whats a few dead people, right?
