    Ahh, or course. They will merely re-denominate it in their own new currency. Maybe it will be called the Brown. Once they have their own government monopoly fiat currency they can declare themselves a sovereign nation without borders!

    California leaders don't think they even have to "be held back" by a budget. If they run short, then blame it on the greed of the federal government not to help.
