Never would have happened under a Clinton DoJ
Clearly, the Constitutional arguments are solid, but I have to wonder if this was a result of a GOP President and DoJ given the Left's attempts to politicize these types of arguments.

My concern is that the Feds and States will try to regulate 3D printing like they do firearms.
