If it were me, the rule would be that if you missed your hearing (for anything other than a life-and-death situation), you were forever barred from entry into the US and if you were ever caught again on US soil, you would be executed on the spot. This may seem harsh, but if you aren't willing to attend your hearing, you aren't going to be interested in upholding US law and culture and you don't deserve to be here.
