Now the first part of this seems to be some kind of expanding energy source, but the second part (fast movers) is really weird. Midget aliens?

    Yes, it was some kind of shock wave, emanating from the center, the bright red and yellow is indicative of dense cloud raising the reflectivity (dbz) to that of a thunderstorm, then is spreads out in a clear circle. Did you see the "fast movers" on the video though? That was absolutely one of the weirdest things yet.
