Liberal donors are signing their death warrant by contributing to these dumb Democrats. I really don't see how the voters can take most Democrats seriously. I think they vote for them just to get them out of the local area. I was to young but it was Kennedy and Eisenhower who did the most to lower the tax rate and cause the Middle class to flourish. In the modern Democratic Party, even Kennedy could not get nominated, he would probably be a Republican.
