khalling came up with a good idea that I think is worth expanding on. Let's see what great ideas we can come up with for a board game that follows Atlas Shrugged's theme and principals. (Is Shrugged's a word?? It's pretty hard to pronounce.)
So please contribute your ideas, for questions/tasks/etc that a player would have to answer or accomplish correctly to move forward in the game. C'mon, it'll be fun! We ARE allowed to have fun in the Gulch!

Okay...Object of the game? To fend off, or work around, ever increasing government regulations, while sticking to your principles and protecting your own self interest to earn a trip to the Gulch. (????)

We're not playing yet...we're discussing construction and attributes of the game itself. And how could we PLAY, in here anyway... oh that's a whole 'nother concept!!! Go with it! (but keep it separate from the board game we're trying to design over here.)

Or recite, "I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine, I mean to get into the Gulch.

Not sure. Maybe a Rearden Steel piece, a Taggart train track piece, an Ellis oil piece, pirate piece, motor of the world piece... Starnsville, 20th century motors...

Interesting idea. Well to start, one might have to solve a riddle just to be allowed into the Gulch (board). After all, there is the cloak of invisability to penetrate.
