Absolutely agree. Many of the things Candace says are golden. Her rejection of the made up leftist narrative removes some of the nonsensical tools leftist use to vilify people. She is black. According to leftist logic she never can be a racist. She’s a woman. According to leftist logic she never can be a sexist. She is a black woman. So she’s fairly high and their victimhood scale. Leftists just can’t understand why a black woman would not be over emotionally prejudice against all white men.

When ever the black community begins to cannibalize those of their own color and the progressive left jump in with both feet it is a red flag telling me I should listen to those being cannibalized. Candace is quite easy and pleasant to listen to but I have not quite made it up to believing anything Kanye West has to say. More likely when he says things that explode their heads he does it for the face time in the news to advance his brand and nothing more. He is a fake while she is real!

And growing up in Detroit, and I mean that literally, IN Detroit 1950-1976, I watched the breakdown of the black family and culture she eloquently describes.

Detroit was also part of the Federal “Model Cities” program aka “urban renewal”, more accurately called by free thinkers “urban removal”. To paraphrase Joni Mitchell: “Take a beautiful neighbourhood of homes, bulldoze it, and put up a high-rise housing project.” Or: future ghetto of crime.

A great model though, of what NOT to do with a city...
