In my view, The Constitution is merely the basis for law. We had no say in being born a citizen of the USA but when we become "of age" we accept responsibility for ourselves. If we decide to remain in the USA, we have agreed to obey the law based on the Constitution, nothing else. We put up with violations of our inalienable rights because we haven't been pushed to the end of our rope and that there is still hope that those violations will be stopped.

If any part of the Constitution becomes unworkable, we have a way of amending it but that way is not a judge ignoring the meaning and intent and substituting something in its place from the bench. Loyalty on the part of the military, as well as the citizens is to the Constitution, period. While every individual is not a Constitutional lawyer, over time, actions by the government that undermine the basis of its existence will have consequences.

What militia? We have a professional military, sworn to the Constitution but with the weird little caveat of the orders of those appointed over you, so it is a conundrum for them, The Reserves are the state militia but have the same oath, and the Governors are so partisan they wont defend the border, so there you go.Why do you think they manufactured all the gun "events", just so they had an excuse to disarm us, so we cannot rebel.

Why do you think in the clkip she says "We need a new Constitution"? Because the Old is the single biggest impediment to the Cabal taking control. A new one would basically enshrine a dictatorship of the special elite on us, with no recourse, and you could do it with no popular vote.

Weird, I may not be a lawyer, but having suffered for 6 years with a simple "ordinance violation" lawsuit for the neighbor with 300 alpacas, most of which died, I can say (based on my experience) that that law would have been totally unenforcable (which may have been the intent) as it is almost impossible to prove any of those statements, even the 12 yo part (since it was a forged ID, a stolen ID, she looked 13 your honor). Until the Great Awakening is done, and we have real judges who follow the law, and remove the moron lawyers who twist it for profit, it won't matter much.
