"Robinson agreed eligibility could be determined by attesting under penalty of perjury that the registrant was a U.S. citizen."

What's the big surprise? Even the previous president didn't have to provide proof he was a citizen to be president. There are no rules that can't be broken by the looters without fear of punishment.

I thought the perjury comment was interesting, justify more criminality with a slap on the wrist, like they ever prosecute anyone for perjury..unless its someone they set up...

What crap. This is a blatant violation of her oath of office. She should be reprimanded and made to step down. Why should any non-citizen have the ability to shape our government?

I just inherited the Ambassador Bridge which links Detroit to the Canadian city of Windsor, Ontario across the Detroit River. I'm looking to sell it cheap. I'm sure the judge in the aforementioned case would advise you to buy it while it's on sale so cheap.

I simply can't under the logic of this judge. We need picture I.D. to buy an airline ticket, to board an airplane, cash a check, check-in at a doctor's office, and apply for a U.S. Passport. Voting is one of the most important privileges that U.S. Citizens possess. Why wouldn't it be proper to establish a person's citizenship in order to eliminate abuse, fraud, and corruption at the polls? I just don't get it.

In the Free State Of Oregon (sic) I had to spend 50.00 to get a "certified" copy of my birth certificate (my military ID wasn't good enough), AND they still grant drivers licences to illegals with no proof of even residency in Oregon, just fill out a form. Now, there is absolute insanity for you. One little bit to add to the mound of evidence this is some kind of collective plot to load the nation with enough bodies to overwhelm the system, and enshrine the liberals as our lords and masters. Has to be. Too many things have been happening to explain it otherwise. They are way too looney, self centered, and radical to not have people behind them driving this bus.

Kansas Constitution requires citizenship to vote. So it is OK to ask a person to sign a citizenship oath under penalty of law which presumably can be checked by verifying the persons citizenship but not ask them for that verification before registration.

I think that this kind of action by a Judge is in part using his (or her) power to interpret the Constitution or a Law, Act, etc. called “Police Power”. This Police Power is, and has been, the main ingredient in the defeat of the United States. I have a name for that: “The Peaceful Transition from Individualism To Socialism in the United States Of America”. The threat is within and has been for a long time. Now, the question is, what are we going to do about it?

The Democrat Party needs more voters to Dump Trump.
How can Trump be dumped without more voters?
Those Coyotes south of the border really need to get to work. Hey, step it up, Coyotes!
    Andale, Coyotes! Andale! Andale!
    Time is a-wasting!

She is the first African American appointed to the Kansas District Court. Nominated by George Bush.

Doesn't mean she isn't part of the whole deep state thing. All the previous Presidents were in on whatever is going on and the war in progress right now is all of them against the Trump gang and a bunch of people who saw the whole thing has been a setup. She is just adding to the chaos, which is exactly what they want. Citizenship should (and is) a fundamental requirement to vote, otherwise, we would have the likes of the British and Russians ruling us. Wait, the Russians ARE ruling us, ask the Deep state...oh yea...

Oh, she certainly is. I was merely indicating that Bush has done his share of appointing activist judges, the result of which we are suffering now. In fact, as time is passing, the Bushes are showing their true colors and it is not good at all.

I am convinced both Bushes were in on this deal, his response to 911 was suspicious, and scripted. The fact they are all members of the Bohemian Gardens thing is also suspicious. Trump is the only outlier in the crowd, which adds credence to this.

I was thinking of the same.

The hatred toward president Trump in the Bush camp is so visceral that it would justify their involvement. They may have been behind the Steele report as well which was initially financed by Republicans.
