So, in Liberal Portland, if some homless idiot pitches a tent on your lawn, and yuou go out to tell him to move it, he can attack you, stab you 17 times and get charged with 3rd degree assault. This is what is so wrong with the Liberal looter agenda, once you create a class of dependents, they will keep wanting more and more. Kalifornia is in much worse shape. This should be an object lesson for every political race, and yet everyone is afraid to say anything. Me, I just take the gun out, tell them to move, and if they don't, place them face down and call the cops for trespassing. Try to knife me and ... The guys daughter was incredibly upset he didn't have a gun, and she says she was going to get one today. better hurray before the new law passes....

Here in Alabama, should I call the police, they would come and remove the freeloader. That includes the woods across the street from where I live.
In erither case, me dino would not have to 911 face the bum myself.
Now should the bum come back and try to harm me or mine for calling the cops on him, I'd be within my rights to blow him out of my doorway with my pump shotgun.
In Alabama, it does not matter if a perp is armed or not just for kicking down my door. My life is being threatened. Period.
Far better tis it to be an unchained yeehaw than a heehaw party Dem.

It's possible that the police would not have been any help if called. "Private property" is in very short supply given the way real estate purchase contracts are drawn. The borrower has lost some of the rights to his mortgaged property under the law according to some researchers.

Then that calls into question ALL property laws, in that if someone assaults you on your own property, the cops could, or would not act? More reason for the gun then....
