Eagle and the fox.

Reminds me of a time fishing on Compass lake ,Fl when out of the rafters of the boat shelter flew a huge owl that grabbed my lure on my line
It flew a few feet till the slack was spent and splashed at my feet. It scared the you know what out of my wife ( not literally).

    My guess is that the eagle had its target fixation sights on the rabbit and, for just about to make the kill, got really ticked off
    when that fox appeared out of nowhere to snatch its snack.
    A dino predator like me can relate.
    Yes, life isn't fair. Sigh!

    No way that fox was going to get carried away!

    I don't think our small dogs have that fight in them...maybe Murphy could though.

    We have a visiting Osprey, (about the size of an Eagle) we have to keep an eye on if we have the dogs out...never mind the Coyote's.
