I couldn't find a decent piece written by a non-leftist so this will have to do, but this decision is a major win for businesses - especially in right-to-work environments. It basically says that employees can't just bypass their employment disputes and take their employer to court when they have a contractual agreement in place which says they have to go to arbitration instead.

The leftists, of course, are fuming because it undermines their ability to make mountains out of molehills in big business disputes and takes away a huge source of governmental leverage (through biased court judges).
